Tracy,

Prayers for Krokus, that healing will be rapid and complete, that his vets
and their team will help him be comfortable throughout so he can continue to
happily attack Igloo. We also pray his team will be guided as they care for
him, that they are knowledgeable and wise in giving him the very best
treatment possible, and that they support him with great kindness.

Tracy, having seen retired dogs through illness, we know these can be
difficult times for you. We pray your work as a caregiver is light and not
burdensome and that you and Krokus have much happy time together.

Please give your boy a hug.

Richard and Karen Petty

Subject: [NAGDU] Krokus

We just found out today that my retired guide Krokus has a malignant mast
cell tumor. According to Google, Labradors are prone to them. It's a
small, hard lump on his back. Everyone thought for a long time it was just
a sebaceous cyst, but it's not. It's still pretty small, so we're hoping we
caught it in time and surgery will take care of it. Any good thoughts you
could send our way are appreciated.

Meantime, Krokus is his usual bouncy self, happily attacking Igloo even as I
write.

Tracy
