[NAGDU] Uber

Hello Robert, when you called and they did not want to help, what did they say, or did they give a reason? In any case, the number I have used is 833-715-8237. I have encountered situations where the first person who answers isn’t properly trained, so asking for a supervisor is necessary. Can you check if this is the one you have? Also, I realize that this doesn’t solve the issue when it’s happening, but if the people who answer the hot line are unable or unwilling to help, please report this as part of the denial reporting experience when writing to uber-feedback at nagdu.org <mailto:uber-feedback at nagdu.org> .

Thanks.

Hello everyone. Whenever you Lodge a complaint with uber, go through the entire process, taking note of what happened, how you feel about Uber's handling of it, the result, etc. Please send your feedback to this address, uber-feedback at nagdu.org. please note that this email address is to report your complaint experience, not to file a complaint itself.
