Hello all, 
My name is Angie Castro and I am the Vice President of the Wisconsin Association of Guide dog Users. I would share the following information of a virtual seminar we are putting on next month. I hope to see you there!

The Wisconsin Association of Guide Dog Users is excited to announce that we are going to be hosting a series of virtual seminars over the next several months. They will be held the last Thursday of every other month starting on September 24, and they will proceed our monthly division meetings, so please feel welcomed to stick around after each seminar and learn what else we are up to. 

Who: Melissa Carney of Guiding Eyes will be our guest presenter.
What: Our first bimonthly virtual seminar in which we will be discussing advocacy with friends and family, in the work place, and when contending with public transportation such as rideshare and air travel
When: Thursday September 26 at 7:00PM CDT
Where: Zoom, link will be provided at least a week prior
Why: Come learn not only about your rights as a service dog user, but also learn some helpful tips and tricks when dealing with conflicts and/or denials.

We are still in the planning stages for our future seminars, so please stay tuned! Likely future topics include canine massage and a discussion about canine neutrition.Please let us know if you have ideas of topics for us to consider for future dates as well.  We are eager to offer these educational opportunities, and we hope to see you there.
