[NAGDU] want to bite Chewy

Greetings!


I've been getting Sheldon's food from chewy.com for a good while by 
phone.  I've been happy with the customer service people.  I've been 
much less happy with almost never being able to get one of its special 
savings on the products I actually needed at the times I called.


I've also been quite unhappy that I can't seem to read the codes for 
saving on products.  Today, I tried repeatedly to find out what the 
latest "gift card" has to offer.  When I got to what I think was the 
right part of the website, I could only see "product image" and "shop 
now" or something:  there was no actual text to read by character, word, 
or anything else.


I wouldn't whine about this now except that the last time I called to 
check on a product, the customer service person kept asking for a code I 
couldn't give her (or even know whether it existed), and she had to 
check with the pharmacy to find out there was no savings on it.


My questions are these.  Do others have similar trouble with chewy.com?  
Does it work better with a smartphone than with a desktop?  If it can 
work with a desktop, what browsers can it work with?  Can you use it 
with a Linux machine and Firefox, or is it one of those wonderfully 
fantastic things that requires using Windows or the Mac?  Finally, are 
there things I'm missing with only these questions?


Thanks for any help with this.  If you don't see me up here for more 
than a month or so, it may mean I'm in jail for punching out some 
masters of inaccessible or near-inaccessible products or websites.
