[NAGDU] Housing bill pertaining to Service animals

The ADA no longer covers ESAs. They got wise to all the abuse of the ADA.
The Fair Housing Act covers housing issues. That Iowa Senate and the House
members need to be educated on the difference between ESAs and service
dogs. ESAs are merely pets that people try to pawn off as service dogs so
they can bring little Fluffy anywhere they want. No matter that the animal
has been socialized or had a lick of training. These Riley people have
fooled the public big time at the expense of those of us with real
disabilities with dogs socialized and trained to do tasks to mitigate a
disability. The ESAs are the dogs that have bitten airline personnel that
have brought us those forms to allow us to fly. The whole thing has gotten
way out of hand. I am about to retire Aristotle and do not plan on getting
another dog. I am a good cane user and no longer have the energy to deal
with all this crap.

Hope the Iowa NFB gets on this latest saga in ways to discriminate against
real disabled people and our real assistance dogs.

Lyn and Aristotle
