Hi Tracy. I realize that, That's why I was asking about the bags some
people have purchased from Amazon or Chewy.
God bless!

Hi Paula. You need a bag with fairly long handles, or with sturdy enough
seams that you can stretch the handle a bit. If the handles are too small,
they won't comfortably accommodate the tail.

Hi all. Right now I'm using plastic grocery bags. Are there specific bags
for the relieving harness? Do they have handles or a way of hooking them to
the belt. Sorry if these questions sound dumb. I'm new to this relieving
belt.
Thanks for any suggestions.
God bless!

I buy bags from Amazon. I like the biodegradable kind.
But I'll see what Chewy has to offer.

You might try Chewy. I can't remember where I got the bags that I used with
the toileting harness but I still have a pretty good sized box from of them
left over. I do order a box of rolls of pick-up bags from chewy. I fine the
bags seem thin but they are amazingly durable. I also get the other pick-up
bags that I use with my dogs from Chewy.

Hi, Marj.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your harness question.

Could tell me what bags you found? I'm running low on the ones I'm using at
the moment, which aren't so great anyway.

Thanks!

Al

Subject: [NAGDU] Relieving harness question

Hello All,

I have the On the Go relieving harness, which I really appreciate for its
good construction. I have to say, though, that it is a very tight fit with
my current shepherd, who is large and is big boned. It's really too tight
for him at its maximum length. I've been struggling with it as well as with
finding the right size bags that will do the job. I may now have found a
more ample bag, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other sources for
the belt.
They're not used, as far as I can tell, outside the guide dog community.
The On the Go version is just under 27 inches in length and for my dog's
comfort I'd sure like to find a longer one.

When the new owner gets up and running with Julie J's business, I will
certainly make contact to ask about the possibility of something longer, but
I'm wondering if anyone has other suggestions for me.

Thanks.

Marj Schneider
