[NAGDU] NAGDU Submission for the DOT Comments Form?

Thanks, Richard, for making me feel less technically inept. I spent 45 
minutes bouncing around on that site trying to find where to comment.  
It seems the search brings back everything having to do with that 
specific docket number.  But entering comments is a seemingly more 
complicated form with more additional information requested.  And 
there's one of those I'm Not A Robot check boxes.


Do you mind providing the exact link?
