[NAGDU] Broken harness

A weird thing happened this morning. When I grabbed Igloo's harness to go
out and get a bagel for breakfast, I saw that one side of the harness handle
had come detached. The screw holding the handle to the D ring had unscrewed
and the rog behind it was bent far enough that the screw wouldn't go back
on. I have no idea how it happened. The harness was just hanging on the
closet doorknob, and we hadn't had any drama at all on our walk yesterday.

I was able to screw the handle back on well enough to hold for our outing,
and, after breakfast I was able to bend the rod straight enough to screw it
mostly back how it should be.

Long since, the leather flaps that protect the handle connection came
unscrewed. I wonder if that's what allowed the connection to come undone?
There's no hardware store handy to find screws to fix the flaps.

I wonder if I need to replace my harness, and what the process is to do that
at TSE. Anyone know?

I had a harness break once before, a long time ago. It was a GDB harness,
and a weld broke on the handle where the side attached to the handgrip. It
broke when I was on the way to the state convention, and I had to struggle
with it all weekend.
