Sorry, we did not, as they were ultimately very apologetic and even comped some of our meal. I feel pretty confident that the folks who served us understand at this point, but whether all staff will be educated in time, I don't know.

And yes, the whiskey glazed ribs were quite good.

I did my best to educate and they ultimately agreed to serve us after about 10 minutes of advocating. I of course told them about the convention and that many customers with guide dogs would likely be at the restaurant this week. I would suggest anyone here looking for a place to eat consider going there, ideally as a group with multiple guide dogs, to make sure this restaurant abides by the law.
