[NAGDU] Seeing Eye training techniques

I use a food reward consistently with a come command too.  It's one of my
few exceptions on obedience work where I will. I like a solid, bomb-proof,
off-leash recall so I use a very small piece of a high-value reward when
we're at home and when we're practicing obedience.
