[NAGDU] Uber denials

Yes, it has gotten worse over the last couple of years.
Where I am, about every other trip gets denied.
After reporting it, I've still seen the same drivers on the platform accepting and denying my trips again.

Unfortunately, it seems to actually be getting worse. I've been denied more times than I can count at this point, but I do report it. The only way we're going to be able to make change is if we all work together.
