[NAGDU] Uber denials

I am in northern Wisconsin.  I live on the lake, not near town.  No taxies, no uber and no lift.  There is a van through ADRC that we can use Mon-Fri from 10-3.  So very limited transportation options.

Yes, it has gotten worse over the last couple of years.
Where I am, about every other trip gets denied.
After reporting it, I've still seen the same drivers on the platform accepting and denying my trips again.

Unfortunately, it seems to actually be getting worse. I've been denied more times than I can count at this point, but I do report it. The only way we're going to be able to make change is if we all work together.
