Hello Cindy. On behalf of the NAGDU board, I'd like to extend my deepest gratitude for your many years of dedicated service as our list moderator. Your commitment and hard work have been invaluable to the list specifically, and to NAGDU in general.
I for one, appreciate all the time and effort you have put into the list, ensuring that the discussions were productive, meaningful, and most importantly, less than 5 messages per day per person *smile*.
Please know that while I have every confidence in Shannon and Steve Cook as the new moderators, your presence will be greatly missed as moderator.
Thank you once again for everything you have done for the NAGDU list.

  Dear Friends,
Yes, change is in the air. At the end of June I will no longer be list  moderator. My replacements will be Steve and Shannon Cook from South Carolina. They are already enjoying moderator status, but they will be taking over as of July 1.
I have truly enjoyed being list moderator.  I don’t even know how long I have been. However, as some of you know, I have been trying to get a dog. That struggle has continued. It is a little painful to be dealing with dog issues, but it has kept me in the loop.  I had once thought I would not get a dog because of the ride share issues; now I feel that it might help in our pursuit of equality there. I am still trying to get a dog, but I am not sure that this will ever materialize. In any case, it is time for this list to have new moderators with new perspectives. I know you will all help Steve learn the ropes, so to speak, though I don’t think there is much for him to learn.
Thank you for allowing me to be your list moderator over these many years. I hope to see many of you soon, perhaps at convention, or perhaps other places. Maybe even at the Seeing Eye!
