Hello Shane and all members on list. It is true that the list will strip out the attachments. So, pasting the content of the attachment is an alternate work-around.
If you would rather download the files directly so you can see the original formatting, that is possible, too. We have just updated the NAGDU at Convention page to include the agenda links for our upcoming meetings. For obvious reasons, the meeting minutes are not published on the page.
I hope this helps, and please, write your concerns, suggestions, and other questions about how you receive content, and we will do our best to make sure that the content gets to you in an accessible form.
