[NAGDU] Experiences with Guide dog foundation

Shannon may have been the senior instructor in the class, but not a class manager. In 2022, the class managers would have been Jeff McMullen, Walt Sutton, Joan Markey, Tom Pinder, and Jan Abbott in sequential order. Now that Jeff has retired as the end of 2023, Shannon took over his position as the class manager. Several other people also interviewed for the position, but she was the one who was selected.

So you make absolutely certain that your wants needs and preferences are clearly understood.  No harm in treating your horn to make sure you are heard. Good luck in class, and I have another friend who, depending on some medical issues that she's dealing with right now, may make it into that class as well. She's an old timer like me (we got our first dogs when the dinosaurs were still roaming the earth). And she will be a great role model for you if she is able to go into that class.
