[NAGDU] student eligibility

The Seeing Eye does still have a flex program. I don't know if it's necessary limited to one trip a day. It depends on the student. It may be a situation where the student can handle two trips a day but some of the routes may need to be modified Also be a student does one trip a day, and it is determined what needs to be modified or not. The person who used the flex program enjoyed the fact that it was available.
