The DOT site and Melissa's post both list the due date as May 29.  Unless there is a later amendment, the deadline for submission of comments has passed.

Today is the last day to submit a comment about the revised DOT airlines forms.  Last minute, yeah.

DOT proposes to drop a couple check boxes off the form, and to not require the last rabies vaccination date.  It seems, from reading the doc they sent, that they want people to say how long it takes to fill out the forms.  I included the time it will take me to figure out where to put it as well.

They also propose requiring airline personnel to help people fill out the form, if people have trouble.
