My friend's dog is a retired GEB dog.  I don't know if GEB does the relieving belt.

Diane, it's a belt with 3 or 4 clips on it.  You put a plastic bag on the clips in such a way that, when the dog assumes the pooping position, the poop falls into the bag.  It can also catch urine from a female dog.  It's a neat invention.  Great for relieving in snow, or places without a good place to relieve, or for people who have trouble bending down to the ground and feeling around.  Also good for those rascally dogs who like to travel while they poop.
