HI,
Thanks to Aira for providing this. I definitely have some comments but I will share them with Aira directly. I guess I would just say if a company is going to take on a project like this it should have been done with a little more expertise. It was wonderful to have the service. It sounded to me like you were doing everything from your phone. There were many times when you and the agent talked at the same time. We probably should have had you directly tapped into the soundboard. In my view the better way to have done it would have been to have an actual visual interpreter on the scene with you. That said, a huge thanks to Aira for what you have been providing. By the way guys we are getting lots of media.
At your service,

Hey Janine. I'm wondering if you're using the Zoom platform because I can hear you and your visual interpreter very clearly but not the crowd. And I'm wondering it sounds like the crowds being cut out. So it might help if you are using Zoom to turn on original sound and then that way the crowd won't be cut out. I did send you a private email but wanted to send it here so you'd get it for sure. Again, you're doing a great job you both.

Rideshare denials affect so many people using guide dogs and white canes. Our visual interpreters see this first hand and join in solidarity with you to address the discrimination taking place.
