Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me. I got my dog from Southestern. He is a 75 pound yellow lab. Let me tell you a funny story at least I think its funny.

About a month ago just before our first hurricane a woman from southeastern came to my door telling me she wanted to see my dog and make sure it was not overweight. I had heard about them taking peoples dog away because they were too fat. Now here is this woman who is about 5 feet three and weighing about 200 pound telling me she wants to know if my dog is overweight. That’s the first funny ting. Well I wasn’t going to let her see my dog so I told her to wait a minute. I went back in my house and got my 357 came out and told her she had 30 seconds to get off my farm. I have never seena fat lady run so fast in all my life. She went to the sheriff and told him what happened. They told her the next time she goes on mike's property, they will either take her away in a body bag or in handcuffs! I don’t think ill see anyone from southeastern around here again. And Ill probably not get another dog from them either.

Hello Mike,

Welcome to the list. I used to live in St. Lucie county so not too far away from where you are (I can never spell the name of your town).
I'm currently working my second guide from the Seeing Eye out of New Jersey and I live in Indiana.
