[NAGDU] Flying

Hi all!
One thing that hasn’t been brought up so far is something that I’ve needed to do with my dogs when I’ve flown. That is one of my dogs would vomit if her stomach was empty and one of my dogs, I think, got a little Air sick. And the solution to both of those was to bring a few unsalted saltine crackers on the plane, between two and four, and to let her have the crackers to help settle her stomach, which worked really well. The other thing is sometimes your dog gets really thirsty because they haven’t drank in a long time. When I got my first guide dog guide Dogs For The Blind recommended letting them lick a few ice cubes. flight attendants have always been very, very helpful to bring a cup of ice for my dog.l it has made my dogs more comfortable. Just a thought.
Best regards,
Dian

I will be attending the rally in California . Thanks for the tips. I, too,
have only gone on shorter flights with my dog. I also welcome any tips.
Thanks.
