(Remember, Paypal has fees so we have to increase our donation by a dollar
at least to cover the amount we want the door prize to be).
Donate $26 dollars or more via the Paypal donate button.
In the "Special Instructions to the Seller", message box write: For State
Convention Door prize,(amount), From (your name/optional)-NHC/NFB
