All,

I'm very sorry to share that Carol Siegel passed away yesterday, March 14,
2022 after a long battle with cancer. Carol was 78. She leaves behind her
partner, Ken Chrane, and their companion of many years, Doug Worzbacher.

Carol was a member of the Greater Baltimore Chapter for many years. She
first joined the NFB in 1968. Many of us will remember Carol's skill as a
knitter and with a slate and stylus.

Graveside services will take place this Friday, March 18, beginning at 11AM.
They will take place at:

Radamire Verein Entrance (red brick archway - farthest one up the hill on
the left on Hamilton Ave)

Harford Jewish Center Cemetery

6211 Hamilton Avenue

Rosedale, MD 21237

Please keep Carol, Ken, Doug, and their family and friends in your thoughts
and prayers.

Yours,

Ronza

Pronouns: she, her, hers

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is not
the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
