I am requesting that you post this job announcement to your list
serv. The Virginia Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and Vision
Impaired is recruiting for the assistant director for instruction
position. This person will supervise the Center teachers, rehab
counselors, vocational evaluators and recreation instructor. We are
looking for someone who has positive attitudes about blindness and who
knows how to raise expectations and promote independence. We are
looking for someone who has experience working with the blind, preferably
in a residential training center setting. There are many exciting
opportunities in Virginia, and I am very proud of the staff we have.<br>
