Tell them that this bill is vital if students with disabilities are to obtain a quality education. This is not just an education bill, it is a civil rights bill too. Crossover Day is when all bills must reach the other house so that there is time for their consideration before the General Assembly ends on April 11.</div><div><br></div><div>The Senate version of this bill has already passed the Senate.
