Those who participated in the meeting paid $1 in order to be able to vote. After we voted to form the division, we adopted a constitution, which is attached. We then elected the Board, which is listed below. Finally, we set dues at $10 annually, $5 for students. We determined that for this current year, the $1 paid to participate in the organizing meeting would cover dues.<u></u><u></u></p></div><p class="m_-8881479644720227734xmsonormal" style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"> <u></u><u></u></p><div><p class="MsoNormal">We are working on a formal way to accept dues and other donations, but in the meantime people who were not able to attend in person or who want to join now can send their $1 for 2022 to Tracy Soforenko or me. <u></u><u></u></p></div><p class="m_-8881479644720227734xmsonormal" style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"> <u></u><u></u></p><div><p class="MsoNormal">We will be scheduling a meeting for some time in the next month or so. Historically, the Committee that preceeded this division met on the second Monday of the month at 8PM Eastern.
