The meeting will be at The Congressional House Rayburn office building, room 2359. It usually takes people about a half an hour or so to go through security, so NFB encourages people to arrive early. The subject of Jesse's testimony will be speaking in favor of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled talking book service.
