Go to:

www.nfbnet.org/

Click on Join or Drop NFB lists.  Click on the list you want, and in the
list's page you'll see a link to access the list of subscribers.  You'll see
the total number of digested and non-digested subscribers.  Under each
section you'll see the e-mail addresses.  You'll need to rewrite the
address, because it is written with an "at" instead of the @ symbol.  This
is to prevent excessive spamming.  You'll need to sign in with your e-mail
address and password to access these lists.
