[Ncabs] Ncabs Digest, Vol 43, Issue 7

You should not have to pay for the room, but you will need to provide your
own equipment. I might be able to bring a DVD/VCR unit for you all to use.
That is, if you ask nicely. I have one that I take to my library
presentations.

If I may, I'll try to paraphrase what Cindy's saying. She wants us to
figure out how much it will cost us to get a room and proper electronic
equipment for the movie night or open microphone. I'm picturing some sort
of meeting room with a projector and speakers for the movie night.

I don't know. I am not familiar with costs in this situation. I was
just saying that those details should be figured out to see if that
kind of event is even possible before we start planning for it.
