[Ncabs] please choose movie for state convension

Lea,

I know we had a vote earlier this summer on the choices of movies to
watch. In speaking with Justin, I thought we'd settled on The Terminal
as a good movie choice.

I remember us having a member vote on this same topic before, and I
thought a final decision had been made.
