My view is that calls are always good and don't take a significant amount of time, so it wouldn't hurt us to call the offices and tell whoever we can.

I will has to say that i see where Cala is coming from. Greenville
might be different, but often times, DSB counselors are responsible
for many counties and are out of their offices on multiple days of the
week. I can't remember the last time I talked to mine on the phone,
but she responds to emails almost instantly. But it wouldn't be a bad
idea to call and follow up if we don't start seeing sign ups from
certain areas.
