[Ncabs] Math Survey

Dear NCABS members and leaders,

     Attached, you may find a survey that some of the leaders in the NFB are conducting to learn more about how blind and visually impaired people access mathematics and mathematical disciplines.  Anyone who has taken a math or math-related course at the high school or post-secondary level qualifies for this survey.  This survey can help with many different areas of math accessibility, including the development of new instruments and teaching strategies.  Please take this survey!  The document itself includes instructions for how to submit it.
