Good Evening,

The Governor Morehead School Alumni Association Education Committee is conducting two surveys to gather information on the current state of educational services available to students with visual impairments in North Carolina.  This survey will be used to provide guidance and data for future programming and a needs assessment.  The survey is 100% anonymous.  The deadline to submit your responses is Sunday, September 18th, 2011 at 11pm.  Please distribute widely.  Below are two links for the survey.  One link goes to a student survey for anyone who gradauted high school in 1996 or later.  The other is a parent survey.  Please use the appropriate link.
