[Ncabs] GPS Technology Presenter Needed

Hi Justin:
It seems to me that we have the 3 hours covered except for nailing down the GPS portion,
so a national student rep at State Convention is not needed. I would think this idea is
more appropriate for the Student Seminar.

Thanks. :)
Shelby was a lot of fun at our student seminar. I think Shelby's due date is pretty close
to our state convention. I want to make sure there is good value added before we use good
NABS money on a plane ticket and good NCABS money on our rep.
Everyone: What would we do with a rep if we brought one? We could bring Sean Whalen or
Briley Pollard from Virginia; that would be a short, easy, and inexpensive flight in terms
of how flights go.

I am aware of this. :) However, some states like to bring in someone new. Sometimes, this
isn't economical, but the Camp Dogwood rate is not to bad for NCABS in my opinion, and the
Charlotte airport/train station/bus station are more affordable and accessible than any in
the state. So, if NCABS is interested in someone else, it could happen. It doesn't matter
one way or another to me. Just throwing it out there.
