[Ncabs] Special Seminar Hotel Rates

Dear Justin -

I know you tried, and I am grateful for that.  This is an excellent example of  not 
supporting the students and clients.  Do you think the Brownstone would give us the same 
rates on our own status as the student seminar?

NCABS members and leaders:

I regret to inform you that we do not have access to the special event hotel rates at the 
Holiday Inn Brownstone as they were promised to us.

Appropriate parties have discussed the issue, and it appears that there is nothing we can 
do to receive those rates.

I will proceed to reserve a hotel room, anyway, and I encourage you all to do the same if 
that's what your plans originally entailed.  There are many hotels in the downtown Raleigh 
area.
