[Ncabs] DSB Public Hearings

The North Carolina Division of Services for the Blind, in conjunction with
the State Rehabilitation Council, plans to conduct  public hearings
concerning development of the State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation,
including the State Plan Supplement for Supported Employment Services under
Title VI, Part B of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as Amended in 1998.  These
plans will describe the services to individuals who are blind, deaf-blind
or visually impaired, as well as service delivery approaches.

1.      *Personal Presentation – *Individuals are invited to personally
appear and

speak at a hearing.



2.      *Telephone Call-In *–Individuals may call the Hearing Coordinator

*9:00 am. and 4:00 p.m.* Monday-Friday, until May 10, 2013. Call (919)
733-9700 (Raleigh area) or toll free 1-866-222-1546, if calling from
outside Raleigh.



*3.      **E mail Comments –* Individuals may send comments to: *
VRStatePlan2014 at dhhs.nc.gov* prior to May 10, 2013.**

4.      *Written Comment**s* – Individuals may mail written comments or fax
to the Hearing Coordinator prior to May 10, 2013.
