Summary: Sea Turtle Camp, based on Topsail Island, North Carolina, is an
interactive marine biology summer camp for ages 13-17. We are looking for
qualified candidates to fill our Camp Director, Assistant Director, and
Marine Educator positions during the summer months. Housing and meals are
provided, in addition to summer teaching stipend.
Sea Turtle Camp is a hands-on, feet-wet summer program, where motivated
students explore local barrier island habitats, in addition to volunteering
with at the local sea turtle hospital. Group sizes are kept small (we do
not accept more than 12 students into a section), and we maintain a student
to instructor ratio of 4:1.

Candidates will work as part of a team of three (Director, Assistant
Director, and Marine Educator) to provide marine science instruction to a
group of high school students. As staff members you provide 24-hour on-site
support; students and staff are housed separately in suites on beautiful
Topsail Island.

Summer employment begins with staff training during early June and runs
through the first week of August. Interested applicants should send their
