[Ncabs] Navigation Apps

Ariadne and Blind Square are nice. Apple maps works well. Sendero is
coming out with "The Seeing Eye," a fully accessible app much like
what they already offer for the Braillenote. APH offers Nearby
Explorer for Android which I've heard is wonderful.
