Legislative announcement from NFB of NC.

Please call Congresswoman Virginia Foxx's office (202-225-2071) to ask her
to remove Section 502 (she sponsored this section) of  H. R. 803.  Sections
502, if not removed from the bill, would downgrade the head of the
Rehabilitation Services Administration from Commissioner to a mere
directorship, which in D.C. means no power.
