Hello fellow blind students of NC and everyone else:

I vehemently apologize for my extreme delay in sending the minutes from last week's call. I have been moving into my first apartment and have had limited internet access (I don't have it hooked up at my apt yet).

Meeting called to order at 9:40 pm.

State Convention
Veronica suggested that we should try to do a fund raising activity at State Convention resembling the "pie in the face" contest we did last year. It was very successful and it would be a great option for this year.
NCABS will be helping with a technology presentation/lesson this year at State Convention. We need NCABS volunteers who are interested in helping out. The lesson will cover a few different technologies and screen readers. If you are interested, send a message to the NCABS list and let us know what forms of technology/screen readers you can help with.
