Your're under arrest! Blindness is not a capital offense!

The North Carolina Association of Blind Students will be hosting a jail
fundraiser during State Convention. Four people thus far have volunteered
to be arrested. Those four will be handcuffed in the front Saturday morning
and remain handcuffed until they each raise $100.00 to be freed.

Saturday evening following the student division report, Alan Chase,
President of the North Carolina Association of Blind Students will also be
arrested by a volunteer special guest officer if the NFB of NC members
raise $100 toward NCABS. If not, Alan shall remain a free man!
