Hey!

I hope you had a great Holiday.  Time is running out to get in your early
bird registration for the North Carolina Conference on Visual Impairment
and Blindness and to secure your hotel room at the conference rate.

The hotel rate is $145 per night until Wednesday, February 8, 2017 or while
there is availability.  You may contact the hotel at 336-724-2300 to
reserve your room today.  As of January 4, 2017 about a quarter of our
reserved block of rooms has been reserved.  Don't delay!  Breakfast and a
cocktail hour are included.

The conference registration fee schedule for 2017 is provided below.
Please note that persons who fall into more than one category are asked to
pay the higher of the registration fees.  We are pleased to offer reduced
rates for parents, students, and individuals with visual impairments.

On or after Tuesday, December 13 professionals pay $110.00 and parents of
children with visual impairments, individuals with visual impairments and
students pay $55.00.

On or after Tuesday, January 24 professionals pay $130.00 and parents of
children with visual impairments, individuals with visual impairments and
students pay $65.00.

On or after Tuesday, February 21  professionals pay $160.00 and parents of
children with visual impairments, individuals with visual impairments and
students pay $80.00.
