Yes Barbara and Brad, we missed you guys. 

 

There were four of us on the call: Nancy Oatman, Fatos Floyd, Bob Riley and
Robert Newman.

 

The new number for calling in was a surprise, though the access code was
still the old one we've used from the beginning. And so here is the phone

Hi, Everyone!

 

 

We apologize for missing the meeting this evening.  The business with the
different number caught Brad offguard, because he thought the numbers stated
after the new phone number were a new access code.  When he put those in, he
got the thing about saying his name and pressing pound, and when he did
that, he got music.  

 

I knew I was going to be late, but thought Brad would catch me up when I got
home.  When I got here, he was listening to music.  I called Robert about
the time things were wrapping up.  We're sorry we missed the meeting.  We'll
try to get the correct numbers in there next time.

Dear Nebraska Seniors

RE: Reminder of this month's meeting --- coming --- in two days, Sunday the
18th 

 

July's meeting discussion really didn't address our planned topic of the
2013 National convention, but got on to what we would do during our upcoming
Nebraska State Convention. (Maybe we can revisit that intended July topic?)
Truly, going to a convention built around blindness is always an uplifting
experience; no matter if it is a national or state convention. Also and
always, bring any serious discussion topic that you want to address.

 

We will also talk some more on all the sub-topics we will address at state
convention. (Information and resources each of us should know about as blind
seniors.)
