Most county types of van service for the elderly and disabled are tax
supported. To find them --- one shortcut is to call the county court house
and ask the switchboard operator.

Sounds good. Maybe if I use two cans and a string I can resolve my
communications issues. I was very interested in the conversation with the
rural transportation out of Lincoln. Do you know if that is a city thing or
a private business?
