[Nebraska-senior-blind] NFBN Senior Division - getting ready for our convention discussion

We on tonight's call discussed the topic for the 2013 Senior Division state
convention meeting. We all want to cover, present  as much information to
the attendees of our meeting as we can pack into our time. For example: What
are the state and national services that a blind person should know about
--- like, NLS talking books, about Bookshare, Newsline, services for Vets,
etc. Also, what are your most favorite websites and why. Or, if you have a
smart phone, an iPhone or Android, what are your favorite applications and
why. Or, if you have a favorite blindness gadget, what is it and why? (Bring
it)

 

Finally, the last hour could be hands-on training on iPhones or iPad, or an
iTouch.
