just a quick note to let you know that Brad and I did go to the open house about transportation yesterday. We met Kari Ruse with the Department of Roads and talked with a woman named Melanie who is with the University of Nebraska Omaha, one of the entities involved with the grant or grants that are driving (pun intended) this project.

With Melanie, we filled out a survey, talked about various transportation scenarios, discussed ways of making sure people are informed about upcoming possibilities, etc.

Since it was an information-gathering open house, there weren't any speakers or anything like that.

That's it for now.
