Dear Board and Membership 

RE: last board meeting of 2014; discussion on where we are at, and may wish
to change 

 

This notice was sent out to all members, because our board meetings are
open to our membership; only if we go into executive session, are our
meetings close to members. Your input is always sought after and valued. 

 

Agenda:

*discuss the nature of our monthly calls; are they division meetings, or
open forums for discussions, both.how to best characterize and manage them.

*Discuss membership building.

*Discuss mentoring members, and building future leaders of the division.
