*#1- When and how to get on the call:

*#2-, Do read through the attached November minutes; which include our
treasurer's report. Either send me any corrections or additions, or save
them for the meeting.

 

*#3 Read the attached listing of members and the matched-up individual
assigned to be contacted within the month of December. I have provided as
much contact information as we have for these people; former members, past
attendees to NFB state convention, or someone who is totally unknown to us.
Reach out to them: where needed, tell them of our National/state
organization; find out  if they have specific needs as a blind person; pass
on knowledge of those resources that you know may help them; get them to
come onto one of our upcoming meetings. And do write me with your progress;
did you reach them; give me any corrections to their contact information. Be
prepared to receive another name in January, and beyond.

 

*#4 Agenda for the December 10th meeting:

-First- Come-to-order, say our NFB pledge 

-Second- secretary & treasurers Reports Will be discussed and approved
and/or accepted

-Old business: 

-Discuss our new membership drive. strategize building the Division 

-New Business: 

-Any new stuff that any of us bring to the meeting

 

-Philosophical discussion- What can we as NFB members, say and do to help a
fellow blind person to want to join an organization such as ours? 

-Finally- brags & drags

-Adjournment

the blind; to support the policies and programs of the Federation; and to
abide by its constitution.
