Hi You All

 

Well, after much talk here on this list, and between many of us
communicating off list, I believe we have come up with a couple of changes
that will solve our two current issues of the best meeting day of the month,
and the unpredictable problems we have been experiencing with our call-in
conference phone-system. 

 

#1 The new day of the month that appears to work best is.the second Monday
of the month. 

Accordingly, our next meeting will be Monday June 13th.

 

#2 The new conference phone and access numbers are: Phone# 1-712-451-0011
Access Code is 345154Pound

 

Now.save the above information, and secondly, make sure to pass this
information on to those members or prospective members that you have been
communicating with.
