MMM, well. I'm sure you guys checked the numbers; more than once. so why
that didn't work, I don't know. I best make a call to the help line and see
what they say.

That was super frustrating? And I see now that you would have been confused
and did need to ask if we were having the call! Sorry for my first email; I
didn't get your message about trying to get on the call! I got the info on
this from Linda; she forwarded the fellow-

We tried about 4 or 5 times to get through tonight and they kept telling us
we were the only one on the call.  Don't know what was going on but we
missed the call because of it.
